Warranty and Returns

Arable offers a limited equipment warranty for hardware devices.

To be eligible:

  1. Your Arable subscription must be active and in good standing
  2. The affected device must be within the warranty period OR the coverage period for Arable Care (if purchased)
  3. The reason for your claim must be covered by the terms of the limited warranty

Please read the Terms & Conditions for more information on the limited warranty to determine if your device is eligible for a valid warranty claim.
